If they have already heard the heartbeat then the chances of finding a second baby in there are slim.

I got pregnant on clomid with an IUI. I am having twins. I had a 6w u/s and they saw 2 sacs and it's been twins ever since. I heard the HB of both at 8 weeks. If you have had an u/s and they saw one and heard one it's probably only one. Sorry if you were hoping for 2.

I am also pregnant from my first cycle of Clomid. Only one in there and they looked pretty well. There is a small chance there could be two, especially if they didn't look well on an ultrasound. But, kind of hard to miss.
