Ladies I am constantly hurting! I'm not typically a whiner but I'm just at my wits end! From right above my pubic bone to my mid thigh always hurts!!! So my hips and groin area I guess it would be are making me miserable. I've started sleeping horribly which I'm not used to. I didn't have one bad nights sleep when I was pregnant with my daughter until the night labor started so its just new to me. And I'm a sleeper so when I can't sleep I get grouchy! I've also had a bad belly ache the last day or so but I'm hoping that goes away by tomorrow. I had the same aching around 8 weeks then again around 13 weeks and now again and the first two times it only last a couple of days so maybe that's just a growing ache??? Ugh! Ok end whine.

AAWW.... it sure does make things hard when a) your in pain and b) you cant get a good nights sleep....I can totally relate with you on this...I have chronic sacriolitiis and pregnancy just makes it soooo much worse...and other back and neck issues....I get it ...

I would bring it up to your doc also ...they may be able to refer you to physical therapy and help you with the hip pain. hugs I hope you feel better ....

I could have written your post. Something is always hurting and lately mosty my groin area. When I sit up, that whole area hurts and is soo achey. I have to sit up very slowly! And then I hobble along because either my hips hurt or my tail bone hurts!

I'm sorry that you're hurting. Have you tried sleeping with a pillow between your knees? I'd mention it to your doc too. The doc may tell you to get a pregnancy girdle.

I can relate too! I was just whining to DH about my aches & pain & itchy skin & pregnancy insomnia, he doesn't really understand so I went & text my sister since she just had a baby 4 months ago..sometimes it's good to just whine to someone who understands

This is me too! I agree with trying a pillow between your legs if you haven't. Also my midwife keeps telling me I need to buy a maternity support belt. She also keeps telling me the more kids you have the more you feel.

I went and bought a pregnancy pillow and I don't think they're all they're cracked up to be but I'll keep using it and see how it goes!

I think I know what you mean - I've been whining the past week! My OB said it's growing pains. You never realize how much you use those muscles until they hurt.
