I set out steak for tonight and just remembered that our grill may not be working 100% (DH probably doesn't want to grill in 20 degrees anyway )

How else can I make it? We have a George Forman but i can't say I am a big fan...

I would say no to GFG - it dries out everything I make. Maybe I just don't know how to use it. The only alternatives I know are to make it on the stove with water, or make it in the oven with water, beef broth, or beef gravy - maybe throw in some veggies if you're veggie people.
