I learned recently that my mom's feet grew 1.5 sizes when she was pregnant with me. I already wear a size 11 and most normal shoes don't go any larger! For those of you who have had kids, did your shoe size increase with pregnancy?

they say it's common, but my feet didn't change in size at all while pregnant with DS. sure, they swelled at the end from my PIH, but i was still able to wear my size 8 flats the day i went to the hospital to deliver.

My feet didnt change at all. I didn't even really swell until during my induction when they pumped me full of fluids, the next day or two my feet and ankles were huge. But they went back to normal.

I'm a FTM, but I'm almost hoping my feet grow a little bit

My feet are size 5, but a lot of stores smallest size is 6. Almost all of my shoes are a bit too big for me. I'm hoping my feet grow so that my shoes finally fit!

I was a 10 before having Megan and had to buy a pair of size 10 flip flops in men's. They were super tight by the end and my feet went almost back to normal about a week after.

Like you, I'm terrified of my feet growing. I wear a 9.5 normally and I am already wearing 10's right now due to swelling. Last pregnancy, my feet actually went down from a 10 to a 9/9.5. I found that staying off my feet as much as possible and elevating them in the evenings helped a lot. I have also heard that excessive weight gain can sometimes contribute to growing feet (because the extra weight puts more pressure on the loosened joints and causes them to spread). Not sure how true that is. Either way, I'm seriously hoping that my feet don't grow. I am already embarrassed by my shoe size and don't want to go any bigger. (Not to mention all my cute shoes that would have to be tossed aside...)

Too bad it's shoe size and not height My shoes seem to fit fine so I guess I'm ok.

I am 21 weeks and feel like my feet may be growing. Maybe it's just swelling, but my shoes are starting to feel tight.

My feet are slightly bigger now though I don't know if it's from having babies or just simply a part of ageing.

I hope my 'flippers' don't grow anymore lol I'm a size 10 Australian. So that would make me about a size 11 American?
