At 20 weeks, how likely that babies or a baby can move from breech to vaginal delivery position before labor? How often do they switch positions completely? Anyone know, and BTDT moms have this happen? I am rather curious.
Both of mine are breech right now, but I swear overnight some days I feel like they move because one day I'm super round and sticking out and the next its not as pronounced.
Baby has plenty of time at this point to move all around. With DS2 he was head down most of the pregnancy, at my 32 week appt he was head doen but when I was 34 weeks he was breech. My midwife showe me exercises to do and by 36 weeks he was head down and engaged!
I'm not sure about twins but I assume they still have plenty of time to roll around and go breech to head down.

I think at this point they still have quite some room to move about. I think around 27 weeks things start to get a little more cramped in there but of course they can still switch positions then too. My little guy was laying sideways at my u/s...he better move before labor because I really don't want a c section lol
I was worried about this too b/c DD was always head down even at this point. But this baby isn't at any of my ultrasounds. But at the end of the anatomy scan he moved head down. So I guess they have plenty of room. I just hope he decides to go back and stay head down when we get closer.
My twins were breech for the first 23 weeks then at 25 week one was breech and one head down but by 31 weeks when i delivered they were both head down ... BTW I pushed both babies out without drugs so dont let anyone tell u u cant.
They have plenty of time to move... All of my kids have flip flopped till about 36 weeks. Even then, they can still manage to flip up to the very end. Some babies that are breech have even flipped during labor if they're still not engaged in the pelvis. But around 34-36 weeks you can always use spinningbabies.com to help get them to flip.
