Is it too early for Braxton hicks?? I'm having a lot this week, I get them down low near my c-section scar area & they aren't painful but they are uncomfortable at times & annoying. I also have them almost one on top of the other, very close together. They're definitely not real contractions, so I'm not worried but it seems a bit early for this!

I have had a few. Also it's normal to feel them sooner with each pregnancy. For me I started to notice them around 21weeks.

This is what it says off of babycenter.com:
Braxton Hicks contractions are sporadic uterine contractions that start about 6 weeks into your pregnancy, although you won't be able to feel them that early. You probably won't start to notice them until sometime after mid-pregnancy, if you notice them at all. (Some women don't.) They get their name from John Braxton Hicks, an English doctor who first described them in 1872.

Nope, I've been having them since 14 weeks. Some of mine hurt and some I have to breathe through but others are just regular Braxton hicks. I was told you feel them sooner with each pregnancy.

Totally normal for them to come sooner with each pregnancy. Being that this is my 4th too I can tell you that mine are really intense. They've been one on top of the other too. I just keep drinking water and taking it easy when they get to be too much.

Ok that's kinda what I thought, I think I got them at 26 weeks with my last pregnancy so definitely sooner this time. A few of them have been strong & intense since I posted this, had to stop & breath through them but nothing worth worrying about.

I get them when my bladder is really full for some reason. Have been getting them for a few weeks now.

Ugh, they are annoying just like you said lol! I get them mostly at night or after a lot of activity (like pushing a cart full of groceries around wal mart lol)

I didn't have any with DD but I've wondered a couple times this go around if I've had a couple?? I really have no idea though. I don't ave anything that makes me stop doing what I was doing but ill get a tightening once in awhile. Nothing at all painful.
