Ok let's talk about our fluid intake! How many ounces of water do you estimate you're drinking daily? What else do you drink daily and how much? Has your doctor talked to you about how much water you should be drinking? How much do they recommend??

My nurse asked me at my last appointment how any ounces of water I thought I was consuming per day. I try and get at least 60 oz on average and told her that and she just wrote that down and didn't discuss further so I'm guessing that was an acceptable answer?? And I generally drink 2 diet pepsi's throughout the day. I know a lot of people think that's probably too much soda but I'm in the mindset that as long as I'm getting my water in then I'm doing ok.

Water what that? ... I try so hard to drink water but i just hate it .. I drink about 20oz a day and that me forcing myself. Normally will drink about 32 oz of vitamin water and 4 cups( 32oz) of mostly water mix with 100% grape juice a day ... so im getting lots of fluids just not lots of plain water.

I drink a diet coke first thing in the morning to wake me up & keep away headaches then water the rest of the day. I think I'm averaging 60-80 oz of water, I'm always thirsty!

I've been sick since Monday so I have sipped on some Gatorade this week & some ginger ale, but mostly just water.

At least a gallon and wouldn't be surprised if it was actually more than that.. water & herbal teas are pretty much all I drink. I gave up soda 1.5 years ago and haven't looked back! I am always thirsty while pregnant & I carry around a jug of water with me wherever I go. I've already had 32 oz of ice water this morning just with breakfast.

I also drink a lot of plain coconut water!

I'm not sure about my actual amounts now... all I know is a lot!!! I'm not sure why, but when I'm pregnant water sounds soooooooooo freaking good to me. DH laughs, but it's almost orgasmic for me. I was measuring earlier in pregnancy, but with two kids I find I'm constantly just filling my jar over and over as the day goes by (topping up before I go from level to level in the house).

I have my cup of coffee in the morning, my glass of milk with dinner, and the rest of the day I drink water. I try not to gulp down huge amounts of it at a time because I read that this can actually make heartburn worse (because it makes your stomach expand). Better to drink it in small sips throughout the day.

I'm used to drinking lots of water because I've had issues with chronic bladder infections for years. It was very difficult in my first trimester though because water actually made my morning sickness worse. Felt like I was drinking from a toilet (not that I'd know what it tastes like, but I can only imagine!)

I try to drink the equivalent of 4 water bottles per day, but I know that doesn't always happen. I also have a cup of black tea every morning and then usually some other type of drink besides water, like a venti iced green tea from Starbucks while I'm out running errands. I feel perfectly hydrated.

Water gives me massive heartburn. I almost never have plain water. I do A LOT of skim milk, Apple juice, diet coke, coffee every now and then, tea, and if I have water it is flavored with something.

Given the amount of glasses I just put into the dishwasher, I would say a fair bit (and that I need to learn to re-use glasses throughout the day).

I have an 800ml bottle that I take around with me and I usually drink the whole thing throughout the day, plus I use glasses at home and at work so... no idea I guess.

Wow! I'm impressed with you girls! Unfortunately, water still makes me feel nauseous but I have been getting better about forcing myself to drink it. I think I've been drinking about 48ounces per day (on a good day). It is already hot here (90 degrees in march, what??) So I will need to increase my amount.

Well I have a liter water bottle and I fill it up 1-2 times a day. Then I have 2 20 oz. bottles that I take with me to bed. In the morning one is alway gone and the other is half full. I'm not a huge soda drinker, but if Bug isn't really moving that day, I'll buy a orange fanta. I never really was a milk drinker, so for me it's always been water.

I still vomit from drinking water, I know I'm not drinking enough. I try to sip on it throughout the day, but I'd be doing good to get 20 oz.

I'm thirsty all the time and since I can't drink coffee (because my body hates it during pregnancy) and I never drink pop anyway...
I end up drinking herbal tea and soo much water daily.
I also spend half the day peeing in the bathroom! LOL

I'm really not sure, just that it's a lot. I'm always thirsty. I go through a gallon of water in two days, sometimes less. Other than that it's apple juice.
