I'm sure this is pregnancy related, but I can't figure out why it would be happening. There is a spot on my chest, about 1" below where my bra sits, on the right side, that is almost always numb. At first I thought it was from wearing a bra that's too tight, but I bought new bras that fit and still have the numbness. Plus it's below the bra line and I have it when just wearing PJs. Anyone else have this? Maybe it's a pinched nerve from everything being moved around and squished?

I say probably a pinched nerve. My right hip has been numb since 5 weeks, pregnancy related and while obnoxious completely harmless.

So in regular clothes it's not numb or you dont feel it?

It's numb almost all the time, regardless of what I'm wearing. So weird!

Maybe it has to do with whatever organs are being pushed up into that area by your uterus?

I would guess pinched nerve as well. I had a spot on my thigh during my last pregnancy that would sometimes feel numb, it didn't hurt but just felt odd and was annoying.

Lurking from the Sep DDC here. I am not sure if you remember from when I posted in our old DDC. I had the exact same thing but on the left side. It actually progressed from numbness to actual pain during the last few weeks of pregnancy. I was told my my OB that my floating ribs were expanding and pushing against the nerves/tissue in the chest area. Plus DD liked to kick me right on that spot. It rseolved a couple of weeks after the birth.

I have a numb spot just under my left breast.. its right ontop of my bump. My whole top of my bump is painful when I am sat so I have to keep stretched. I mentioned it yesterday to the doc and she said its normal pregnancy stuff for short people with short torsoes. I do not remember it with Serenity..

I'm inclined to agree with the OP's. I had something like that once, not pregnancy related at all, and it was no big deal. It went away in time. If you want to though there's no harm in asking about it!
