I've been noticing lately that I am extra sensitive to sugar. When I eat something sweet I sometimes feel kind of terrible afterwards (headache, a bit nauseous). But it's really unpredictable what will cause it -- ice cream and juice are usually fine, but a really sweet cookie can do it. Is this happening to anyone else? I have such a sweet tooth that I'm having a lot of trouble avoiding sweet things, even though sometimes they don't make me feel good.
I think you bring up a good point and probablly alot of us may suffer the same way not realize it, Im thanking my stars above that I have a strong desire to eat fruit and really sweeet fruit like pineapple, strawberries, kiwi...ect...
Maybe try snacking on something like that when u want a little extra sugar?? its hard though during pregnancy when u crave something, I totally get that.
