So I had my 24 week check up.. we are doing great.. in the last month we gained 5 lbs.. so I am up to 10lbs so far.. I think I'm doing good... Also, my uterus is measuring 2 weeks ahead. My hubby was 7lbs 12oz and I was 6lbs 3oz... I wonder if I am going to have a bigger baby anyways. We do have a history of bigger babies in both of our families, we just weren't one of the them. I'm not looking in to it too much unless it keeps measuring bigger.... then I may have a little freak out. This sounds silly, but I don't know how I am going to push a baby out of my frame, more or less a bigger one. Yikes!

You can do it!! My first was 8 pounds 10 ounces. I was 8 pounds 6 ounces and DH was barely 7 pounds. I measured ahead with DS2 the whole time and he was only 7 pounds 12 ounces.

My husband was almost 10lbs at birth and Megan was 3 weeks early and weighed almost 8lbs. So my guess is I would have had a hefty sized little one. I'm curious to know how how much your LO weighs at birth.

Don't worry too much about the labor. I had some friends that swore when I was pregnant with DD that I would need a c-section because my "hips aren't wide enough to deliver a baby". Well, I'm petite and birthed a 7lb 15oz baby vaginally without issue. Don't worry!

In the middle of pregnancy it's apparently normal to have a variation of up to 4 weeks because growth is so individual. Sounds like things are going great!
