If I schedule my c-section for July 1 (my plan), then I have only 3 months left! Seems crazy!

I've been a busy beaver today: calling lawyer about revamping will, calling insurance company about more life insurance for DH, trying to schedule in a day-long class Hubby and I need to take, trying to schedule DH's vasectomy, etc. In addition, I've been burying myself in homeschool info so I can prep for my child's next year before Baby comes.

Whew!

I really feel time is getting short. Anyone else feel that way?

Yup, I have been in list making and checking off mode at work and at home ever since the second trimester.

me! We move into our new house May 3rd and I've just been so busy this weekend. Packing, organizing, selling things we dont need, buying new items for baby. Time to get things done, especially since I will only be getting bigger! Trying to declutter as much as possible so that unpacking at 8 months isnt too much of a chore!

ahhh that was my question at my appt this morning I forgot to ask! At my last appt we talked about 7/17 for a c-section date, and she said she'd check to see if it was available with the hospital, and I forgot to ask this morning if it was confirmed!

but anyways, yeah we need to find a house to buy in the next month, close on the house sometime in May, move throughout June, and baby comes mid July! I've started day dreaming about paint colors for a house we don't have yet... easier than thinking of the packing and moving we have to do (luckily it will be max 20 mins away probably). oh and make sure our rental is cleared out and cleaned before baby comes since the lease is up July 31

I finally managed to make enough space in the storage room to put the cedar chest from the bedroom (to make room in the bedroom for the crib). It was a lot of work but I'm so relieved that it's done.

We don't have the crib yet, my sister will be bringing it over at some point in May or June and we will set it up. In the meantime, we have to rearrange all the furniture in our bedroom to see how it's all going to fit.

My biggest pain in the butt right now is setting up daycare. I really have to start making phone calls. I will be on maternity leave for 12 months but in spite of that, the wait lists in my city for daycare are more than 1 year.

I have 12 weeks left before my mat leave and about 150 files on my desk that are quite complex. I'm going to try to finalize at least half of them in the next 10 weeks so that my last 2 weeks can be spent re-assigning and leaving instructions on what needs to be done (I have a feeling it's going to be a big task!).

I can't wait to schedule my c-section so I have a more accurate idea of how long I have but I can't schedule it until I meet w/ the high risk Dr. At 30 weeks.

I want to get stuff done so badly..I've done as much as I can, now I need hubbies help moving stuff around & taking a few loads of stuff to donate to make room for baby & stuff like that. He's always so busy though, so I'm hoping I can put him to work Wednesday when he has some extra time!

My c-section was scheduled for June 27! I only have 86 days at the most until I meet this little lady. I've been in major dr clutter mode today and I'm determined to have a yard sale this weekend to get rid of a bunch a stuff!

I am in a very "mellow" mood lately, so I don't feel that "rushed" feeling. There are other things I am focusing on though, currently. DH has the big V this Friday, my sons first bday is next month () and things like that...sigh.

I guess I should be prepping more but I'm not feeling too rushed at the moment. Honestly, I have a million other things going on right now that are taking up all my time. I think by next month, things will slow down and I'll get into baby mode. I do feel like I have been more productive lately, just not necessarily in getting ready for baby. I think 30 weeks will be my starting point to really start getting a move on.
