Only thing I can really suggest is that for any furniture you are buying, take a tape measure with you and compare.
One of the main reasons why we bought that particular cot was because it uses thinner cuts of wood, I measured some of the other designs and just based on the posts alone it was an extra 10cm it would have stuck out from the wall (4inches) with multiple items of furniture, it all adds up.
I didn't think of that. Most of our stuff will be from our first baby who has a nice big room. There may be some surprises we hadn't thought of. Now it really makes me want to get things moving on the nursery in case of unforseen measuring issues. thanks for the heads up.
