This happened to me a couple times this morning on the soles of my feet. I have been having contractions since 1:30 last night... they are ten minutes apart and not killing me but rather uncomfortable. Enough so anyways to make me stay awake. I could feel a wave of heat coming over the soles of my feet a couple of times which I thought was weird since I had a fan blowing on me.

My feet are often hot when I put them up to rest. I don't notice it otherwise. Very weird!

Can't say I've ever had that without itchiness. When I did have it, it was allergies.

I'm not sure. I don't have many allergies, so odds are it was mold, food, or some kind of laundry detergent. I guess I should have been more specific - whenever I've had it benadryl has suppressed it for a time, so I assume it is allergies. It has only ever lasted a few days at most as I recall. Surely it can be caused by many things, though.

Recently my hands have occasionally gotten puffy if I've been in the heat a lot, but they were not hot themselves.

i've had this (just the soles on my feet; not my hands) the past couple days. we have a heat wave here, so i just assumed it was related to that and pregnancy and being ginormous (and swollen). it is an odd sensation though. sometimes it feels like my feet are burning!

My hands and feet are hot too. I think partially caused by a bit of dehydration because of the heat.
