(In utero)

My first two always JUMPED whenever they heard a large bang.
(IE- cutlery being put in drawer)

This LO does not jump ever with loud sounds
but does move with bassy sounds like at the movies or when i play music to him..

What is your LO like/ what noises do they respond to?
Do they respond to loud noises and jump?
Do they respond at all?
Have they differed from your others (if applicable)

My baby is pretty responsive to music with a lot of bass. We went to the movie theatre to see an action film and with all the loud music, engines revving, shooting, etc... baby was going crazy the whole time, to the point where I was squirming in my seat for most of the movie. We also went to see a magic show so they had some really loud rock music blaring from the speakers and baby was kicking and punching like mad.

Also one night, there was an extremely loud blast of thunder and the baby got startled and started moving around. That was a rough and sleepless night!

He moves around when dh or dd are talking to him, and he jumped some for fireworks tonight.

I'm happy to hear other people say this because although she moves plenty she doesn't seem to respond to sounds.

I don't usually notice movement with noise except when we would watch Game of Thrones. The intro would get her all excited

Baby tends to squirm at noises rather than jump
