At night I usually go to sleep about 11 then up somewhere between 1-2 and then usually between 5-6 and am up for 20-30 mins depending howmuch she eats. Last night I nursed for 4hrs off and on and she slept for 4hrs which was nice but my nipples hurt a ton! I've also been falling asleep randomly throughout the day unfortunately that doesn't work well with a 2yr old around.

I'm usually up about 4 times a night, although his feedings are pretty sporadic. Usually he wants to feed every 1 1/2 - 2 hrs for about 10-15 minutes at a time. Last night he surprised us by not making a peep between midnight and 4am. It was great!
DH and I usually get ourselves and the twins last feeding in before bed at around 10, then it takes a hile for them to sleep. On a good night all of us were sleeping by 11. Usually we are up again around 1 but last night they didn't wake us up until 3:30! I was shocked, I dont count on that lasting long. Then we usually are up again around 4, and then 7. So 3-4 times/night about 45 min-1 hour each time, if I pump mid-night add in 20 min for that.
It takes a long time even with two of us to change both and feed both then get them back to sleep. I don't look forward to when I'm doing it all by myself in a few weeks.
Caleb wakes every 2-4 hours and nurses for 30-45 min. So I'm up 3x/night usually. This morning he was wide awake at 7am, so I handed him to DH and went back to sleep for 2 hours. I can't nap b/c my 4 y/o doesn't nap. But luckily he sleeps until 9am!
Really I'm not bad. She has a very good routine of waking every 2-3 hours to feed and then it is right back to sleep. Now that we are having more good nursing sessions than bad ones we're chugging right along.
