Marcos had quite a bit on both cheeks and his chin. I'd just make sure I cleaned his face with a wet washcloth (no soap) a few times a day. He's 3.5 weeks now and most of it is gone.

I've been waiting for it to clear up too before I take his pic for my baby shower "thank you" cards.

Audrey has a fair bit of it, we just leave them be and they go away on their own. They've mostly cleared now, she only has one on her chin at the moment.

Trevor is covered in acne. His entire face, scalp, neck, and back is red and pimpley. It's starting to spread onto his shouders. He's 3.5 weeks and only getting worse each day.

I also wonder if it's the heat. I know as a FTM I was so scared my baby would be cold that I was always covering him up but next thing I knew he'd be dripping in sweat. The acne seemed to go away once I stopped doing that.

Hunter has some on his cheecks and chin I think it is from breastfeeding him under the blanket in public... Its pretty hot here. He gets them the day after we are out of the house but when we are home he doesnt get it. Something that is gental and should clear it up is whitch hazel. I am a cloth diaper'er and we use that for our cloth wipes, gental and also helps with diaper rash.
