It is my experience that doctors know nothing right about breastfeeding.

Is it when you are feeding or random?

I agree ^^ most doctors are not well informed about breastfeeding at all. I'd make an appointment with a lactation consultant to have your LO's latch checked and to let her know about the pain you're experiencing. I'm actually going to see someone tomorrow to see if my LO has a lip tie that is causing me pain. I hope you're able to get some pain relief!

I get stabbing lightning pains sometimes when I'm not breastfeeding at all. I told myself it must be my milk filling back up. I haven't found any answers as to what the pain is.

It is after she eats usually starts about 20-30 mins afterwards. The LC in the hospital told me she has a partial tongue tie but that it shouldn't be enough to cause any issues. So idk?

The pain ended up going away a few days after so I'm thinking maybe a clogged duct?
