I was a little shocked to find my cousin gives her baby and from VERY early weeks camomile tea
apparently it is great soothing a baby and helps with reflux etc.

After doing a lot of research it seems many do this. I am aware that camomile has no caffiene etc

Does anyone have experience giving this tea ( a heavily diluted version) to their baby?
if so what / how do you do it?

Yes. We give it sometimes to soothe stomache and calm baby. The way I do it is, after boiling the water I dip the tea a few times and then leave it to cool in the frig and then bring it to room temp when needed.

Oh great, how much do you actually give?

Do you dilute it into more water (like how much tea water goes in + how much water) (ratio)?

id love to try this

my twins have reflux and anything thinner than formula comes up right away. i gave water & pear juice for constipation and within minuets one twins was choking, so its odd to me to think of giving teat to a baby with reflux.
