So I had part 1 of my skin tag removal and will go back this week for the remainder. Yeah I know gross !! The really strange thing is , is that with my last 2 pregnancies I had gotten a few skin tags that either popped up new or the ones I had got BIGGER!!!

Who knew they even grew????

But ya my doc says that its hormone related. Have any of you mamas been through the same?

My cousin had this really weird long one on his armpit when he went through puberty, he cut it with scissors and ended up having to get stitches.

So yes, I did know that they could grow, haha.

oooh ouch did he need the stches because he went to deep or because of bleeding?

I had a couple that had to be burned for a bit because of not stopping bleeding.

I have one I want to get removed that showed up during this pregnancy. I figured I would wait until I was back down to a size where I would be wearing things that would show it though. It is on my back and I'm not wearing any sort of tank tops or spaghetti strap shirts ANYTIME soon. How do they remove them and is it painful???

Its removed by slicing it with a scalpel or thats how my doc it. Depending on if it keeps bleeding or not it may have to be burned, it was not very painful at all!! I thought it would be, but nope!

If you can get it done now, I would because usually ( not always ) it grows.
I had mine biopsied and it was fine.
