This might be early for a lot of people but I started my Christmas shopping last week. Since Adelyn is not one for traveling and just gearing up to go to the malls with her is time consuming I decided to online shop this year. It's great I must say! I only have a small handful of people I am buying for and I only got three people left! Thinking about checking out some deals around Black Friday and Cyber Monday for them. I'm just glad this year I knew what to get everyone. Nothing is worse than trying to shop for somebody you have no idea what to get.

Has anyone started their Christmas shopping?
Or is it too early for you to even be considering Christmas yet?
If you are shopping now, did you do it online or by going to the malls?

I already bought Marcos his Christmas gift last month cause it was on sale at Costco. It's the V-tech sit to stand learning walker.

Vtech Sit-to-Stand Learning Walker - Vtech - Toys "R" Us

The interactive board detaches so that when they are sitting they can play with it on the floor, but he'll also be able to use it when he's learning to walk. At least, that's the plan.

As for the rest of my family, since we all live in different cities and have to incur traveling costs to spend the Holidays together, we do a secret Santa so that we only have to buy one gift. Marcos is not part of the Secret Santa cause he's the only grandchild/nephew so everyone wants to give him something. Anyway, I picked my mom and I'm getting her a nice bathrobe. DH picked me... and then he told me! I was so mad that he told me... who does that? I gave him a list of 3-4 things I wanted, including a wallet and a pyjama and said the least he can do now is not show me what it looks like until Christmas!!!

Back in late June- early July we have these big toy sales here and you can laybuy until Christmas Eve, which I did, so I have had Audrey's and her 6yr old cousin's presents done for about half a year, they're pretty much paid off, I've left $3 owing on them so I don't have to bring them home yet.

Audrey is getting some old fashioned wooden alphabet blocks from us and a stuffed toy border collie from 'Santa'. We got the coolest present for our niece, it's a make your own chocolate bar cooking set. I want to play with it.

I always say that I am going to order my brother something from thinkgeek, because every time I am on that site I find 100 things he would love, and he is otherwise hard to buy for, but I always forget and leave it too late because that site is so slow with their international shipping, this thread has reminded me to go and put an order in today. Should be here by Christmas... hopefully.

I will be mainly shopping online, because I just don't have the time to go to the stores, unless I go after the kids go to bed (as long as DH is home). I'm also trying to make some things this year, I've been teaching myself how to sew, so I have some projects I'm sewing.

I did one important piece of Christmas shopping today. The tag says $5 but the store had 50% off baby clothes so I got it for $2.50, woo!

Has anyone started their Christmas shopping? Yup!
Or is it too early for you to even be considering Christmas yet? It's never too early...lol
If you are shopping now, did you do it online or by going to the malls? A little online, but mostly at Target. I love shopping, but tend to avoid the mall as much as possible!
