We seem to be in a rut where we are making some of the same things over and over for dinner! What are some of your dinner favorites?

I'm having the same problem during suppers. We usually try to change it up every so often but that gets hard. We rotate between fish, chicken and beef every night with different varieties with each. Last night we had Shepard's pie (beef) so tonight is chicken. Probably make some chicken caesar salad tonight. Fast and really healthy

I just made some pulled pork in my crock pot. It was super easy and delicious.

We're heading into summer now so all my dinners have become lighter, lots of salads, grilled fish, shellfish, chicken for DH, light pastas.

I used a pressure cooker almost every single day when I was living in Cuba because that's how everyone uses over there. They even use it for pasta! I don't have one here, though. I imagine it wouldn't work that well with an electric stove.
