Marcos originally went from waking 3x a night, to 2x a night, to 1x a night, to sleeping the night maybe twice a week. I was totally psyched - finally!!!

But THEN... from one day to the next, he started waking up several times a night, sometimes every 2 hours! I thought there was something wrong with him because it happened the very same week I started him on solids, but after reading about it further I found out that this is very common and there's even a name for this phase!

Is anyone else's LO going through this?

Audrey did that for about two weeks around the 4-month mark, now that she is almost 5 months she has gone back to sleeping normally again. Actually, past two nights she has slept 10 hours straight.

I haven't hit this phase yet, luckily. In fact Adelyn's sleep cycles are getting better. Just last night she slept through the night. If we have to get up, it's only once.

we have been battling this for weeks. he had been sleeping a 6-8 hour stretch. then started waking every 3 hours, which i could handle. then around 4 months, he started waking every hour!!! 3 weeks later and we're finally nearing the end - last night he slept 2x 4 hour stretches.

Yeah, Marcos is now back down to waking up 2x per night. Still not as good as how he was before, but after that super rough week we had, I'm definitely not going to complain!

We've had some restless nights here lately! He'll wake up but not really want anything and just move around a lot until he falls back to sleep.
