I will say I only made this once. It was really good BUT not as easy as a crockpot meal should be. Crockpot meals should be dump it in and leave or take a nap and it is magic haha
Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu
6 chicken breasts, pounded out thin (put chicken between saran wrap and hit with a mallot or if you don't have a mallot hit with something heavy like a can of veggies)
6 pieces of ham (like deli shaved ham)
6 slices of Swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup or any cream soup
1/4 c. milk
Put ham and cheese on chicken. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
Place chicken in crockpot so it looks like a triangle /_\ Layer the
rest on top. Mix soup and milk. Pour over top of chicken. Cover and
