Those are beautiful Sherry. The 4 red ones are so rich and vibrant and your dad's - I love the bright colours. Did you use your own diecuts or pre-made ones?

Thanks ladies!

Some info....

All the numbers 1-25 are either stickers or rub ons.
All the little embellishments are chipboard (Maya Road) that I either painted, glittered or covered with paper. *except the velvet flowers of course, lol*
A few of them are stickers that I adhered thinner chipboard to so they would be sturdy.
The big # 25 at the top was plain chipboard numbers that I glittered.
The word Christmas at the bottom is glittered thickers by American Crafts.
All glittered pieces should be sprayed with laquer or clearcoat. Not completely necessary but it helps seal them & you don't get glitter everywhere & on yourself when you touch or move them.

On the back of the embellishments are magnets. So you start out with it blank and add a magnet each day during the month of Dec.
Make sure you get strong enough magnets. I used magnet tape at first but it didn't hold very well. The 1/2 in. button magnets from Michael's work best.

I got the cookie sheets at the Dollar Store. The cheaper the better, this is one time you don't want a non-stick sheet! LOL If they are non=stick & you want to spray paint the edges you will need to sand them first (i made dh do this part, lol)

Drill holes at the top to put the wire through.

Whatever paper you use, trim to fit the cookie sheet then cut in 1/2. Round corners. This will be your top & bottom 1/2.
Then I cut a scalloped shape of another paper to go in the middle but you could just cut it straight.
*I used My Mind's Eye "Be Merry" for my dad's andd Cosmo Cricket "Oh Joy" for the others.*

I used my ATG gun for about everything except for the glue marker here & there.

I think that's it! LOL
