Use red, black and white to create a layout. If you choose to, you can add ONE more accent colour.

Here is mine. I added in a some green as well. I am still undecided as to whether this page needs anything else. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

ETA: Sorry the title didn't come out all that great in the pic...it says "Twas the night before Christmas"

I love that page Jen.

Here is mine. This is from a card wap in my PR last year (2007).

Here is a page for Jonah's book. It is a small book. The letters are all wonky because I have not laid them down yet. I am not quite sure how. Any suggestions? I think I am going to redo the "miracle" and put it on a tag or something so that it stands out better, and maybe put it higher. I have an opposite page planned too, but I couldn't find my other US pic and I think it is time to quit for the night anyway

First time using my Cricut!!! and check out the time.... oops, late night! Good thing DH is home tomorrow to watch Jonah

Gina your page is cute. I love that Santa...is he a sticker?

Jess your page is cute. So do you like the cricut? I love mine. I really like having a bunch of different font cartridges. I really don't need to go buy and letters as it is so easy to just cut out my own.

Great pages ladies!

Jen, that is such a cute photo of your kiddos! I think the page is perfect as it is!

Gina, your Santa IS cute and normally I don't really do Santa. Hehe!

Jess, I really like yours as well. That patterend paper is cool! I think the best thing to lay down letters is either the Xyron (sticker maker) or a two way glue pen like this one.

Thanks! I have the xron sticker maker, but I've never used it! It is actually at my mom's house now for storage, but I guess I will have to get it the next time I am there! Do you have to re-cut all the letters out though? That seems daunting

I L-O-V-E it! I am looking at getting more fonts. I really like Jasmine and Tear Drop. I am still getting used to using it, and then I'll probably go crazy with the cartridges! I think I'll definitely be more inclined to get the fonts before graphics

No, I just take my letters right from the cricut, run them thru the xyron and stick them on the page. It just makes them sticky.

I couldn't pick an accent color, so it's just black, white & red. I think it's missing something?

Robyn and Amanda both pages look great. The colours go so great with the photos that you picked.

Robyn - I think it looks great just the way you have it.

Okay, I played a bit more and changed mine today. I still need to make the opposite page. I think Jonah's in for his second round of teeth, he's been miserable and just wants held today, so not much got done.

I bought some of the ink for the cricut and used a blue color for "miracle" in the flower, but it turned out kinda black/grey (which I expected on the burgandy paper) I like this much better than how I had it before. It looks a bit more pulled together. I'll have smaller flowers on the opposite page, the second (and better, IMO) ultrasound pic, and the title "and little perfect toes." I have had a history of miscarriage, so we had this early ultrasound and I was SO WORRIED that there would be no baby on the screen. I asked the technician if he was okay, and she said "Yep, from the looks of it he has ten perfect fingers and toes!" So I thought it was an appropriate title. I just thought I'd give some background as to why I chose that

I added some little scalloped circle doo-dads as well, and used the ring from the middle of the flower behind the picture. The solid circles are the middles of the circle doo-dads. I don't waste anything LOL

Nope, everything on the page (except for the black paper of course) is from the cards I received. 9 cards in all.

love the hanging ornaments Jen,I think it looks good as is but if you wanted to add something you could always put in on the white space under the ornaments

i love that page Gina, very nice I love the embellishments you used

Jess that page is amazing, i like how the letters look and the paper you used is awesome, the circles and rings really tie it all together, very lovely

Robyn that page is perfect, and so beautiful, not missing anything at all, i think if you add anything it would take away from it instead of adding to it

beautiful Amanda, what kind of letters did you use? it looks great
