I'm thinking about possibly framing a page or two that I've scrapped and display them in my home. They are 12x12 pages and I know I've seen certain frames for this at Michaels. My home is decorated with the kids photo's and more so this would be a fun touch to add to my "collection". I'm actually thinking of using them in our toyroom for a personal touch.
Has anyone else framed and displayed their work at home?
I was just looking at them frames at Hobby Lobby. I was going to do them in the boys room then I could change them up when I get sick of looking at the page on the wall. I think it is a great idea. At HL they even have unfinished ones the you can paint yourself.
I bought two of the scrapbook frames they sell at Michaels and used them for gifts. They have adjustable clasps on the back to allow for different thinkness with embellishments and such. One thing I will warn you about is they have sharp edges on the corners. I sliced my thumb open taking one out of the packaging. The corners are covered with styrofoam in the packaging, but once you remove the styrofoam watch out. I sanded the corners down and then touched up with a black sharpie marker.
