Nestabilities, also called "nesties" are put out by Spellbinders and are basic & scalloped dies that come in various shapes and sizes.
Basically, what you do with these is run them through your die cutting machine. They work with many different ones (see the video). Once you have cut them out, you can put them back in your machine and emboss them so it is a die cut with a nice embossed edge. Very pretty!
The downside is they are quite expensive and often people have a hard time adjusting things just right to get them to emboss. It took me three or four times to get it to emboss and then it took me another three or four times the next time. It is actually quite tricky, until you get the hang of it!
