<span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS">Hi Ladies!

I know that we all have different ideas on what kinds of machines to use and such, so I wanted your opinions on something.

I have a Cricut, but I just can't justify spending close to $100 on cartridges. But I have been told about the Slice machine. Cheaper, smaller.....

So what's everyone's opinions on these???

Thanks in advance!</span>

You can find cartridges for much less than $100!! If you look in the subforums above, Jerusha's Product Reviews, there is a review for the Slice. I don't have a Slice, but I do have a Cricut. And so far, I love my Cricut!!

I thought about buying the Slice a while back, but got the Cricut instead. I've bought most of my cartridges off ebay for about $30. I would never pay full price at a store!

No clue about the Slice...but I'm addicted to my Cricut! And there are a few websites in addition to Ebay that sell the carts for under $50! I know one sells for as low as $29!

For me I'm spoiled by the Cricut expressions. Got it shortly after it came out but had the Baby Cricut before that. In other words I'm very happy with the features that the CE has, makes cutting out multi shapes very easy.

Plus the types of cartridges that they have out mostly the specialty ones I don't think the Slice will ever have. Between the sports, camping, Disney and Hello Kitty I am very happy with the Cricut and what they keep producing
