Seeing that you ladies are a bad influence on me...in addition to buying brads galore, I also got a combo pack and in it are eyelets.

Now...here's my question. Should I buy the Crop a Dile tool? Or is there something better?

I plan on going to Michael's tomorrow.

There are lots of things LIKE the Crop-A-Dile out there, but there is nothing as good as the Crop-A-Dile! I did a review here: http://www.justmommies.com/boards/index.ph...owtopic=1397872

I would def. buy one!!

I use a spring loaded little pen like thing. It's easy and I think I only paid $10 for that and a hole punch. I know nothing about the Crop a Dile, I just know what I have. It sounds neat though!

I'm kind of leaning toward a simpler tool since I'm not sure I'd use it all that much... however, I don't want to get a crappy tool that falls apart....ACK! If I have a coupon...I'll probably but the Croc!

I can't find the ones I got, but they are hammerless and I like them. I don't use them enough to justify spending a ton. Mine is really old, but it works. You can find silent hammerless setters and hole punches now. Just do a search or look at Michaels.

I ended up buying the same tool as you! The Crop a Dile actually scared me - it's HUGE ...and in ACMoore it was like $40! So...I opted for the simpler tool and a few extra fun things.

Yes, the crop a dile can be very scary! In all honesty, I bought one because I used it at a workshop and loved it... I thought I would use it tons. It sits in the bottom of the bin full of tools under my desk... you know, the ones I only get out "if I have to." I just don't use it as often as I thought I would. There are a lot of simpler tools out there that do the same thing for my purposes, and they take up much less room on my desk.

Good...sounds like I made the right choice for me.

I'll even have to admit that the little tool I bought...is still in the package

I totally need to start using eyelets, I use brads but haven't moved onto eyelets yet...might ask for that for my birthday!

Can you use the 40% off coupon at michaels on it? You know how sometimes it isn't valid on certain things like Cricut?

I just got the Cropadile Big Bite today from Joann's with a 40% coupon. It ended up being $25. Woohoo! I'm trying to give myself motivation here....lol.

That's a good way to start!

I'm going to sneak off to Michael's with my coupon today. Not that I need anything really...but I did see they have the Solutions Carts on sale!

I have a simple eyelet setter in my Making Memories Took Kit, but I know i really need to get a crop a dile. I would just go ahead and get the big bite though. I made my baby shower invites and each one had 4 eyelets...it was such a pain!!!

You can't use the coupons on Cricut products, can you?
