Is anyone here good at using chalk on their pages??? Can anyone give me any good pointers on how to use chalk "successfully?" Do you use brushes?? Have you tried using them with watercolor brushes and if so how does that work??

Hope you get some good answers. I've never used chalk and I think I'd be terrible at it.

I love using chalk on pages and cards - its actually pretty easy once you get the hang of it and for me it was just trial and error to get the look I wanted (and I still have to experiment now and then). I’ve used a couple different brushes and even qtips in a pinch, haha. I bought some makeup style brushes for chalking that work nicely but I also have used the fantastix sticks and they were really easy to use:

I use ink mainly with my watercolor brushes so no advice there.

Here is a really basic page on chalking that came up on a quick google search, not sure if it will help or not but I’m in a bit of a hurry since Parker needs to eat!

I have only ever used q-tips. It always seemed to work for me with what I wanted to do.

Looks like Carrie gave some great links.
