What got me into it was when I was about 13 I was the preferred babysitter for this group of ladies who were great at it. The pages were always so creative and beautiful. They inspired me to make my memories into something creative...
My first project was a scrapbook of my friends. It didn't turn our great but I loved doing it.

I got into cardmaking before scrapbooking, and the lady who introduced me to cards also scrapped. So I decided to scrapbook our wedding album, and with a few tips from her to get me started, I was on my way. I DID finish that album, but after that have started several projects that are still ongoing. Maybe one of these days, I'll get all caught up . . .
i made an album for my parents, i don't know what got me started on it though. i have come so far since then. i want to redo my wedding album but I am going to save that for far in the future when i'm all caught up on my kids albums
It was my wedding album from my first marriage. I was looking in the craft section of Walmart one day and happened across the scrapbooking section they had then. It looked like fun and was different from traditional photo albums and I have been hooked ever since. Although I didn't get full into it until '06 when I got pregnant with Sam.
