This is a great question! I've not been very inspired lately, but I love creating my pages and tell a story behind the photos. I also find it relaxes me and takes my mind off the crazy world we live in for a few hours, which is hard to do at times. Does that even answer the question?

I'm adopted (by my paternal grandmother) but since it was when I was 2 years old my bio-mother has all my pictures and memories of my firsts and first years. It kinda sucks that no one I speak to knows my first word or how old I was when I walked (I'm very close with my father now but he was airforce when I was born and wasn't able to spend much time with me or my brother until we hit almost 5). I want my girls' lives to be much better documented in a way they can look back on and really know what was going on (through journaling and such)

I love going back and looking at our photos and recording and sharing our memories. That and I find it relaxing and fun!

Becky that answers the question quite well

Alycia that is also a great answer, i scrapbook for all these reasons, i've even started keeping a scrap journal or sorts for the journaling, i am very far behind in my photos and i don't want to forget how i felt about my favorite pictures and moments, i wish i had done this before

Carrie I enjoy that as well, and both Ryland and Tristan love to look at their albums too

I enjoy it, it's relaxing and fun and I get to relive old memories from when I was younger.

These experiences, while often difficult to bear at the time, are percisely the kinds of experiences that stretch our understanding, build our character and increase our compassion for others."

i scrapbook, so my children will have photo albums of themselves as babies, children, and teenagers (when they get to that age - no rush lol). they can look back and see that i cherished them and the things we did together, as a family. plus, my husband was raised by his grandmother and doesn't know things like when he walked, what time he was born, his first word... important things. i want to keep a record so my kids will know their info
