I don't know if you all did this as a kid or in school, but for our art projects occasionally we would get to splatter paint. You know when you have some pant on a brush and you shake it onto the paper leaving splatter marks. that is what i want you to do for this weeks challenge, it could make a great background page or make some good photo matts. Lets see what you come up with. Just one rule you may not use a die cut, no cricut or stickers. Have fun!!!!! and if you have them let your older kids try it if you want to.

Just to make sure I understand correctly, we only can't use diecut, cricut or sticker splatters right? We can still use the cricut for the title, etc?

Hmmmm this should be interesting. I do have some paids I could maybe use. Of course won't be able to do it till Thursday at the earliest. But a good idea to try something new!

This will be fun. I think I have some paint around that I can try. Won't have much time this week though, so it'll probably be this weekend.

Yeah, I didn't want to splatter anything bigger because I wasn't sure what my paint would do to it and I figured I could deal with it wrinkling the title. lol i got paint all over myself.

That's what I'm afraid of happening to, or that the cat will decide to help & I'll get paint on her to.

thanks! I love it. I actually got two, and the other one is great too (though I do think I like this one better), so I'll be switching back and forth between the two.

I started this challenge today but it didn't work the way I planned. The paint splattered kinda blotchy like.. I dunno if I'll be able to use it or not.
