I've been working on those mini albums most of my free time and I'm having BIG problems with my glue glider pro. If I pop a new cartridge in it works great for probably about the first 1/4 of the roll, then it its a HUGE pita to get the adhesive to roll on.. so much that I've gone through all my cartridges, using only the first 1/4 roll and the swapping them out because they stop working right (the last cartridge locked completely! And one broke!!)

Anyway - Sunday I made a Michaels run since I needed a refill for my Xryon ($33! I hate buying them for that reason - thank goodness for coupons) and I figured I'd just grab a couple adhesive runners, too.

Instead I ended up getting the pink ATG gun and I it so very much. At Michaels it was $40 but I had a 40% and 15% off coupon and both worked, so I got $22 off, bringing the price to $18 and since I was able to put back the other adhesives I was buying ($7 each) it really was only a few dollars more than I was planning to spend. And even if I had paid full price its totally worth it.

Moral of my story - just buy one! And its a pretty pink color I have absolutely no complaints so far.

That is a great price Carrie!!! I have been thinking about getting one - just haven't been able to get a good deal on it yet (on internet) and haven't been able to make it to a scrappy store for a long time in order to get one in store.

Well, I'm not allowed to spend any money on anything scrappy for at least a month. I WAY overspent this month...lol I'll have to look into it though.

I wish I could borrow someones. I'm having a hard time thinking that I need one. I know I need a xyron for the little stuff but the ATG gun wouldn't work for that. Hmmmm... Is it repositionable or once its down its down?

Once it it down and PRESSED it is down. on cheap Hobby Lobby paper it is hard to move on nice papers (American craft, basic grey, my minds eye) it moves well and you just rub the adhesive and it comes right up. Cetain plastics and acrylics stick harder, ribbon moves easy.

To use it as a glue dot turn over the ATG rub the strip into a ball and voila glue dot.

Just thought I'd pass along that scrapbookpal.com has the ATG on sale for $21.99 which is still less than Michaels with a 40% off coupon and no tax (assuming you don't live in Utah)! Orders over $25 ship free so stick a stickles or two onto your order and free shipping there, too (assuming you need stickles, which I did). I just ordered one for my MIL for Christmas. They ship priority same/next day and have always done so when I've ordered from them.
