. . . . . . I can hear some groans already

Scrap a page to add your pics to later. I know this is hard for many of us. (I just started doing that recently, and it was VERY hard)

Kinda sounds fun to me. It will be a break from the childhood album.

Actually i find this easier to scrap as you don't have to worry about the pictures at all if you don't want to.

I'm with Happy song. I find it WAY easier to scrap without pictures.

I honestly have no idea how to go about doing this. How do you scrap without pictures? The pictures have always been my foundation, my starting point. lol

I'm thinking I'll think about pix I know I'll take... like opening presents on Christmas. Those are generally all horizontal too so it should make it easier. And it will be Christmas colors so that makes it easy too.

Like Janessa I think about pics I will take. An event that is upcoming and roll with it. You'll be surprised how easily pics fit into a premade page (I know some draw their inspiration from the pics themselves and feel like it wont look the same).

My other issue is that when I scrap out of order I end up with holes in my book where the double and single layouts don't fit together right. lol I may just have to suck it up and be courageous and see what happens. lol

I do exactly what Janessa is thinking of doing. And Brittanie, how about doing a 2 page layout that way you know you'll fill up 2 pages? That's the other thing I usually do to so I don't end up with holes. And when I do end up with holes, I add extra pics or a page with mainly journaling to fill the gap.

Kelsey, you're talking about the one you did for your son before he was born?? Cause that one turned out awesome. Even if it's hard, it was well worth it.

Those are great pages!! (and I like the 1/2 scrap ahead phrase - that's so funny!)

I agree that it is hard, my first few took so long to do. Now, it's not that bad since I usually know what types of pics I'll be putting on them. Some I know I need to print, others are what I plan to take.
