I didn't make this one, actually found this one online several years ago and saved the pic, it looks like it'll be an easy one to do and looks so elegant. If it was me, I would print out the info on my computer, print on heavy white card stock (can probably do 2 on a 8 1/2 X 11 sheet) then cut the dress pattern. Use scallop scissors on the bottom, attach the tulle (glue dots may work great for this), attach the ribbon (you could do hot pink to match your sister's colors). The pic looks like glitter on the bodice of the gown, you can do that with glue and loose glitter, stickles, or just use a pattern paper you like (again can be in the hot pink to match the color scheme).
And here's another one to give you some ideas - The image on the front is stamped, then colored in the hearts. For the inside, you can save time and print on the computer all the To, From, Where info and adhere to the inside.
Thank you so much. I really like that dress one, it is really an option. I am going to keep looking because I have time, but I really want something to just pop out at me. My sister is the pickiest person ever, but she isn't going to see these until they are done. I usually do digital invites, but this time I want it to be really personal & just for her.
