How do you currently have your ribbon stored? Is this something you want to change?

Here are some ideas for organizing and storing your ribbon:

Ribbon rings – I personally love this and amended my scrappy budget (which was zero, hehe) and ordered a set. Hopefully I’ll love them as much as I think I will if they ever ship, ugh. I think it will be nice to just grab a ring if you need a certain color, that I can just hang them on the wall, and that a whole shelf in my book case (and then some!) will be cleared out now!

Jars make great options for storage and are how I currently store my scraps. You can buy jars for pretty cheap or save jars from the kitchen and pretty them up if on a budget.

I love this idea for repurposing items from other areas of your home

And I love this idea for using photo boxes (or shoe boxes if you have them lying around – cover them with pretty paper or use as is!)

And if you have a lot of ribbon, you can always go this route, too

I had just posted my new solution to my ribbon problem

Also those little card things in pic #5 are on clearance on the cropper hopper website (25 for $1)

I have shelves that I got DH to drill holes through & then I put the ribbon spools on a dowel. Scraps are in some pretty jars I found for super cheap. I also have ribbon that didn`t come with or fell off their spools. I had bought myself some pretty scarves that came on little holders, & so I recycled them & loops the ribbon on those, & hung them on the dowels.

Ah, I like the storage solution in the third picture! Think I'm going to ask my dad to make something like that for me.

Ribbon/fibers is definitely something that needs organized in my space!! I like this idea....might give it a try:

Amazing Ribbon Storage That I Absolutely Love Organization Amazing Paper Grace

While I was looking for ribbon storage solutions, this popped up. Cool idea for storing punches....as long as they have the little handle. Would have to find something else for block punches probably. (Scroll down about 3/4 of the way)

I need help in this area to. I use a big jar right now, have some stacked (which means they fall over constantly) and DH made me something simple for storage but I quickly outgrew that. I love these suggestions, and will have to try some of these.

April - I have that same box. I don't use ribbon too often when I scrap so it works fine for me.
