I want to see some COLOR!!! - I love bright colors, so today's LOAD is to use at least 4 different colors in your layout. You can use multi colored patterned paper or different sheets of paper - your choice, but there must be at least 4 colors. You can use black and white, but they don't count in your 4 color choices.

Have fun!!!

Chantelle - I love how you are able to pair different patterned papers!! It's something I wish I could do better! Your page looks great!!

Janessa - Super cute page!! I love your title!! The quilling looks great too! (I am guessing this page goes with your technique page? ) I also love how each picture has it's own color mat!!

Great layout, Chantelle!

Kelsey- Love how you used the colors, strips of paper and dots!

Kelsey- They were buttons I cut the backs off so they were flatter, then used pop dot/squares to make them stand up. & thank you

Thanks! Yes, it goes with the technique page! I want to start using quilling more... its something different. I am a weird one who saves too many scraps as it is, I joked with Robin that I'll now want to start saving the tiny strips that I trim off papers to quill with. I'm such a scrappy pack rat!

Great pages ladies! I love the colors!!

Kelsey - I love this page, a wonderful way to use up some scraps and matches great with those pics.

Chantelle - that is a sweet page. Are they actually Daddy's toys? and is that real or faux stitching on the page. I love using that on pages, I forget about it but it's a great way to add detail without bulk.

Janessa - another great page from you. So cute & colorful. I've not tried quilling yet, but do have a kit someone gave me a few years back with strips & instructions. You're inspiring me to pull them out to play.

Robin - Yep, you have enough colors to qualify. and I have that exact same paper actually.

Here's mine - 2nd part of the LOAD for day #2 (I obviously need to add pics )

together -

Great page Becky!! I LOVE how the 2 pages look together!! Definitely fun pages!!

Janessa - You will not be the only one who saves the little strips of paper you cut off the edges!! I already do that!! LOL!! I even keep the little shapes that you pop out of the letters (like the middle of the R etc) after you cut them out on the cricut! You never know when you are going to need them! LOL!! I have been wanting to try quilling too. Something that has been on my to do list for a few years now. I just keep forgetting about it. You have re-inspired me to give it a try! (Maybe I can use up a few more of my scraps!)

You're worse than me! I thought I was bad because I save all my unused cricut cuts. Like I'm ever gonna use all those random letters... it would look like a ransom note!

Maybe we will have to have a challenge to use up those random letters!! I have quite a few of them myself!

Awesome pages, girls!!

Yep, Becky, they were toys MIL dug out of the basement for Ry to play with, now he'll hardly play with any of his own! And it's faux stitching, I just did it with a ruler and ballpoint pen

Had to go back and look for the stitching on your page Chantelle! Becky's got good eyes!! I did find it though and it looks awesome!! Really helps pull the page together!! Sorry I missed it the first time around.

I have made pages with long titles done from leftovers of letter stickers. It actually can be pretty cute.
