I'm sure you've seen it in the crops. It's where the challenge is to use something for each letter of a word like

W - wire
O - orange
R - ribbon
D - distressing

for a week long challenge, it'll be a longer word and in that week you'll try and scrap with all of those letters. It doesn't have to be in one page, but try to use all the letters over the week.
