What do you like about the page? The wavy edges and the calender.
What do you dislike about the page?Only that I don't understand the 3 and 6 so I wouldn't do that part.

The 3 and 6 would be dates. The 3rd they put the tree up, the 6th little Johnny saw Santa and on the 25th he opened presents

Is it something you would try? yes I like this page a lot.

What do you like about the page? i like the layered boarder. I like the premise of the calendar and the date the Christmasy activities occured.

What do you dislike about the page? The die cut calendar is not all that but important to tie in the idea of the page.

Other thoughts... even thought they are nontraditional Christmas colors I like them however I'd use green and not blue. I think that the snowflakes are cute but again I'd use more Christmasy theme.

Is it something you would try? Yes - Actually I am planning on making a section in Josh's birth to 1 year album that is going to be called "Saturday's with Josh." I took a picture of him almost every Saturday so that we could see how much he changed over a year. I bought the Designer's Calendar cricut cart just for this project!
What do you like about the page? I like how they used the numbers to tie the events to the calendar! I also like the scalloped border!
What do you dislike about the page? I'm not too big on the color combo they used.
Other thoughts... Does anyone else see the paper piercing around the edge of the blue paper or the paper pieced snowflake behind the red snowflake above the title December??

I think that is white stitching.

What do you like about the page? almost everything! I love the blue and red together. I love the scalloped edges. I love the snowflakes and the calendar and I love the stitching (or piercing)
What do you dislike about the page? I don't like the green and I think the pics should be a bit bigger to draw attention. I feel like the calendar is the focal point and it's kinda set up weird.

Is it something you would try? I really like this page, so I'm saving it to my inspiration folder too.

What do you like about the page? It's eyecatching, I like the colors together. The page pops out at you. I would probably do the calendar a little different, the Designer Calendar cart has an adorable Christmas Tree calendar for December. I think that would be amazing on this page.

OK seems like we all agree that the layered boarder is pretty cool. So how would you make it?

For me to make it I'd either trace a piece of shaped Bazzill and cut out with my x-acto knife or try to make it from a edge template I have.

I would probably use my Elegant Edges Cartridge on my Cricut to cut it out.

I don't have the big cricut, so I would do something like Nicole is suggesting. I use scissors though, I'm dangerous with an exacto knife.
