Today's technique/tutorial is: Surprise Pop Up Card

Approximate time from start to finish: About 10-15 minutes

Difficulty: I'm going to say a 1-2.

Suggestions: The cutting/scoring can be a little tricky (I messed up my first attempt - scored in the wrong places)

You can use just the slider as a card (like I did) or make it slightly smaller to attach to the front of a card as a layer (like done in the video)
