I just start a circut training thing at my school and I'm going to poison the PE teacher's coffee tomorrow..... I seriously can't raise my arms right now but I guess that means its working LOL..... We will see how I survive Zumba after that. What is the 30 Day Shred???

Today's been okayish. But 3 of my 4 butterflies emerged from their chrysalises today, so I'll have butterflies to release tomorrow for Cora's birthday!

yeah, my problem is that I eat too much of the bad stuff. Like the pumpkin oatmeal chocolate chip cookies I made today. Or the cupcakes I'll have tomorrow for Cora's birthday.

i have the 30 day shred. I actually lose weight doing the shred and weight watchers. I did it in Jan and was losing but stopped for no particular reason other than I am fat and lazy.

Pumpkin Oatmeal Chocolate chip cookies sound AMAZING!!!!
I found this great app for my I-Phone..... My Fitness Pal which helps me track calories and I get extra calories for working out!
Robin-Yeah for a new phone.... I love getting new gadgets

Kristy- I use MFP on the computer and probably will on my phone. I hate waiting for FedEx/Ups
Speaking of waiting on things, have the emelishments for the swap been shipped out yet? I seriously am impatient

Brittanie. So happy you had some butterflies to release yesterday for Cora's birthday.
I was wondering the same thing about the embellishments Robin. I've been rushing out to the mailbox every day for the last week hoping they are in there. So you aren't the only impatient person! LOL! I hope our phone came.
AFM - Not too much going on here. Just trying to catch back up on the housework after my busy week. Having some major issues with Kendra. I think it is because the in-laws baby her. Have been dealing with a lot of whining when she is told she can't have or do something. Wasn't that way before she went and stayed with them while DH and I went to Denver. Had to save a little cottontail bunny from our dog yesterday. He was carrying it around in his mouth (just playing with it) and it was totally freaking Kendra out. So we have it in a box in the house right now. It is just a little thing - it's eyes aren't even open yet. Been trying to feed it puppy milk replacer with a syringe, but not sure it is going to make it. Other than that, not much else going on here.

This last Saturday-Sunday (28th-29th). It was kind of a rush mini vacation for DH. And just as I thought, baby bunny didn't make it.

It is so hot here we had to turn on the A/C.
I sent my DH to the store and he came home with $30 of junk food... most of which I had already bought.

Brittanie, I love the hair cut. I am so getting mine cut. My husband loves it long... but I am tired of the long long hair... maybe a midlenghth?
