When I scrap I'm either watching something on my computer or listening to music. Actually we recently put a TV back there so I can watch TV too but its behind me so not as easy. I don't have anything specific that I like to watch or listen to. I guess with watching something I try to choose something that I don't have to pay a ton of attention to because I don't want to get too distracted. If I'm listening to music its usually whatever I've recently purchased, or my iTunes on shuffle!
I have to have background noise for anything. If the kids are home it is usually a kids movie playing (or sometimes just them being loud while they play). If no one else is home then I will turn the tv to one of the music channels.

Usually a TV show on Netflix (Right now I'm watching Eureka) or a movie (occasionally) or very occasionally Pandora.com. I have a country based station, a classic rock based station, and indie-type station, an "easy listening" station (based on Josh Groban) and a Christian music station that I put on shuffle and listen to a mix of them all. But I can't concentrate in silence.
I prefer to have something on in the background, but it doesn't happen much anymore. The quieter I have it the more I can hear what Jaylen's up to. But, if I'm by myself it's not uncommon for me to put a movie in that I've seen a lot, that way I'm not tempted to start watching it because I already know what's going on.
