Which program do you use?

I had the trial for both Corel Photo Shop Pro Photo XI and for Adobe Photoshop and I am thinking of getting the full version of one of them. Which would you recommend?

I don't have the full version of either of those. My hubby got me Photoshop Elements that I still need to figure out. So far I've just taken out color and use it a lot for croppin of photos. But I like it.

I'm not familiar with those two, I use PhotoImpact... it's just what DH got at one point for some reason. I've heard Photoshop Elements is the greatest. The photography class I took in the fall barely touched on photo editing... I ended up not being able to take the more advanced class that covered it... but the teacher HIGHLY recommended Photoshop Elements, not just for editing but for a ton of other cool stuff too.

This was going to be my next question. It looks like, that it will cost at least $200 to upgrade my trial version of Photoshop CS3. If I read the page correctly.

The Corel Photo Shop Pro Photo XI will cost $80 to upgrade. Hmmm.

OMG! I was looking through all my discs I have here to see if there was a disc for the Photoshop trial...I found a disc for Photoshop Elements 6 that is loaded on DH's laptop (I didn't realize he had this when I posted my question for help with my picture).

I can use this on my computer, right?

You may have figured this out by now, lol, but sure you can use it!

I use Photoshop Elelments 5, Photo Explosion & Acdsee Photo Editor (though that's new, just got it from my brother) so I just started experimenting with it.
