I cannot eat breakfast for the life of me... so I'll take my vitamins at about 5:15 when I get up for work... drink a bunch of water, and within 2-3 hours I feel sick as a dog
It goes away when I eat on my first break, but until then I'm in limbo about whether I need to run to the toilet or just take deep breaths, haha.
I've never been one to eat breakfast, ever, and I really don't get hungry until I've been up for about 3 hours. Nothing is appealing to me when I first wake up... and I wake up 45 minutes before having to be at work.
Is there any way to combat this with a beverage? Or am I just screwed until I learn to eat something in the mornings?
You should take vitamins with food. If you aren't a breakfast person, take your vitamins after dinner, before bed. Or after lunch. Also, if they still make you sick, try taking 2 flinstones with DHA and a folic acid supplement in place of your prenatals. That's what I do. I've never been able to keep down prenatals.

A friend of mine didn't like breaky but always felt sick in the mornings too and she would just have something small like yogurt, I couple crackers, just something so your stomach wasn't empty
