Weight gain is normal and healthy, so don't be afraid. It will happen regardless. You can gain healthy weight however by makiing good choices in your food habits. For me too, eating is a must to get rid of the nausea. I literally have to start eating as soon as I get up in the morning or its all over. I'm at the point now where I have to keep cereal by the bed and start eating as soon as I wake up and continue to nibble on it when I'm driving to work.
