I'm deathly afraid of putting on too much weight but I swear my cramps go away once I've eaten. Anyone notice anything like this?

Water consumption can help with cramps-- that's my go to.
No calories, too

Eat something healthy if it helps...apple and a tiny bit of peanut butter, fruit, a big salad with grilled chicken.

Don't be afraid to gain weight, you NEED to gain weight! Eating helps with nausea too. Or at least it did with my last baby,

Weight gain is normal and healthy, so don't be afraid. It will happen regardless. You can gain healthy weight however by makiing good choices in your food habits. For me too, eating is a must to get rid of the nausea. I literally have to start eating as soon as I get up in the morning or its all over. I'm at the point now where I have to keep cereal by the bed and start eating as soon as I wake up and continue to nibble on it when I'm driving to work.
