They always say when you are pregnant to increase your water consumption. So how much liquids do you consume a day?

I'm at 144 oz of water a day, trying to get up to 176-188.
Roughly 32 oz of milk.
16 oz of juice. I love the Motts Garden Blend.

After complications last pregnancy and severe constipation with DS, I am trying to make sure that I'm getting enough fluids in daily.

Plus I've cut out all caffeine. And so far I don't really miss it. The only thing I miss is every Friday or Saturday, the hubs and I watch a movie with either a glass of wine, a beer, or a Skinny Girl Margarita.

Ditto to mama lamb. I usually drink enough, but it's been hard lately.

I'm lucky if I manage to get past 2 bottles of water a day :/ For the past few days I've been drinking Chamomile tea because it helps me feel better and completely ignoring water. Today I have drank 1 glass of water and a cup of tea and I dont drink milk (unless I'm constipated) because I'm somewhat lactose intolerant. I was never a thirsty person before being pregnant and so far that hasnt changed

The only thing I really drink is water. I have no idea how much I drink in a day, it is pretty much just constant though. And then I am up all night going pee..... lol

I only drink water... not sure how much though, I'm not keeping tabs. I am drinking all throughout the day though so I'm sure it's plenty

It is recommended that pregnant woman drink at least 64oz. of water a day. Including water found in other beverages. So, I drink 72oz of water a day and maybe 16oz of juice. I have a big cup that holds 24oz and I just keep refilling it. Most cups will let you know how many oz's it holds and this helps me keep track. I need to incorporate more dairy into my diet though cause I don't care for milk.

Wow, I hardly drink any. During the week, at work I drink 2-3 bottles a day and then some juice, but on the weekend, I just forget to drink water. I really should grab a 36 pack of bottled water and just always have one though. They're pretty cheap at walmart and I don't trust the tap. lol

I mostly drink water, with an occasional glass of juice every now and then. I know I'm at least 144oz of water per day if not more.

I'm throwing back water as much as I can. I am usually a huge water drinker but now water doesn't taste so great. I get tired of it but I don't have a taste for anything else.

I drink a lot of water, not sure how much, though. I've cut out cokes/tea/coffee and I may have one glass of milk or juice a week. So it's pretty much all water, all day long. (Hence my earlier post: "I pee. And pee. And pee more!" lol)

I'm drinking a TON. I haven't kept track because it's been a lot. I also drink usually 1 caffeine free dr. pepper in the morning, a glass of milk later in the afternoon (and in my cereal) and some V-8 juice spicy. MMMMM. I'm SO thirsty ALL the time.

I've cut out my main source of caffeine(coffee) and since im not a soda drinker all I do is drink water. I dont keep track of how much I drink but I make sure I constantly have a humongous cup of water next to me at all times.
