I was talking to a friend about how I am constantly worrying that Spark is not doing well in my belly, when she pointed out that this is most likely my last pregnancy. It's the last time that I can ever experience the fun and torture of the first 12 weeks. It's the last time I will ever get to feel this way...worry and all.
It was nice to have the perspective that helps me embrace the first trimester. My nausea was really bad last week and is much better this week...still there once in a while, but definitely not as bad. I am worried, but I also think it might be due to the fact that I am taking it easy because I am on break from teaching for Christmas.
Still counting down the days until the 31st (my first prenatal appt), but feeling a bit better about it after chatting with my friend.

Thats very true. Enjoy every minute of it good or bad since this is the last time you will go through this. Me too. And as we all know once you have the baby you miss the belly and the pregnancy etc. Embrace it !!!!

This is the fact that is pulling me through. This is my last too. I want to enjoy (as much as I can in the 1st trimester) it and remember it. It really does go by so fast when you look at it from the big picture. I feel like I just got my BFP with Chase and here he is, almost 4 :0
Thanks so much *Kiliki* for my awesome summer siggie!
I'm glad that you feel better. Sometimes it's hard to step back and just enjoy being pregnant, because it can be so worrisome the first trimester. If it helps, my symptoms ALWAYS let up on the weekends and it freaks me out, but then I realized that it's because I get so much sleep and rest and am not stressed about work or anything on the weekends.
