Hi ladies--I'm having some cottage cheese like discharge (6w pregnant) with no smell or itch. Could it be a yeast infection? What do I use to treat it?

In my experience (I get yeast infection if I even think about it), I get really itchy before I ever notice change in discharge. CM changes a lot in early pregnancy, so I would say if you don't get any itching or unpleasant smell, I wouldn't worry. Everyone is different, though, and you should call your dr if you're worried.

you need to go to the doc asap its not life threatening. it could be a wide range of bacteria not just yeast. it could be BV- bacteria vaginosis. usually use the if it doesnt itch im fine but there could be inflammation on the inside

Please don't self diagnose it. Definitely go see your doctor.

I agree, don't self diagnose. If if is a yeast infection, you have to use the 7 day treatment, but only use what the doctor says.

Have to agree with everyone else! Your doctor should check you out just to be safe. I know discharge is normal in pregnancy but if you're questioning it, I'd let a doctor check
