Yeah I've been stuffing my face with CANDY and RAMEN NOODLES instead of balanced meals.
I can't even eat meals. I haven't in weeks. I simply eat everything whenever I want instead, pretty much just all day long.
UGH help me!!! I'm not really having cravings (besides radishes, which I still have not gotten) or aversions, just definitely not eating anything with any substantial amount of anything good in it!
Anyone else having problems in this department? I know pizza isn't a healthy food either, but DH got pizza for dinner last night and instead I ate a can of black olives, a TON of candy, a bunch of beef sticks and some tomatoes. WHAT THE HECK?
I ate an ice cream cone for dinner if that tells you anything. Nothing seems appealing. Nothing looks good at all right now. I wanted iced coffee this morning and was going to indulge and then just got sick looking at it.
I've been having a hard time eating anything nutricous too. (I'm pretty sure I spelled that wrong).
I have no problems eating a healthy breakfast...my favorite meal, but I would much rather snack for the other meals that eating anything healthy :/ I'd say eat what you crave in the first trimester and make sure your taking your prenatals so baby can get vitamins from those
